Mexican Fiesta Dip

Enjoy a Tex-Mex inspired trip south that will get you craving tortilla chips at first bite. The delicious blend of locally grown hot peppers provides a flavourful heat that will turn any meal into a fiesta. The seasoning is also great sprinkled directly (to taste) into cooked ground beef for a beef taco filling.

To Prepare:

Mix contents of package with 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not whipped dressing/Miracle Whip). Let chill one hour. 

Low fat version: Use 1 cup fat-free sour cream and 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise.  

This reduces entire prepared batch by 58g of fat.

Chili pepper, cumin, hot peppers, coriander, salt, oregano, paprika, onion, garlic, cloves.
